We have been producing and supplying an eclectic variety of artisan bread, pastries and cakes to top restaurants, hotels and delis including Pret a Manger, agnès b. Café LPG, city’super, Dan Ryan, the Ritz Carlton, InterContinental Hong Kong, Sevva, Niji and Yomama since 2008, and we will continue to roll out new bread products with new concepts to serve your marketing needs.
We believe only the best ingredients make the best food, that’s why our bread contains no preservatives, and are made with premium trans fat-free ingredients sourced from around the world. Take a closer look at some of the ingredients handpicked by our breadsmiths and you will know the difference.
T65 flour and AOC butter from France, both carefully regulated by the French government for quality assurance, fine Grade A flour are amongst our carefully picked list of premium ingredients. And we sweeten our pastries and cakes with Belgian chocolate made from superior grade cocoa beans and premium French cream for extra smoothness.
While many wholesale bakeries will make a dough and then bake it right away, we let our dough ferment for hours without juggling with the temperature to ensure the gluten proteins are properly hydrated and softened. It is this extra time in the development process that gives rise to the soft, chewy texture and the unique flavours of our artisan bread that most discerning palates will appreciate.
What’s more, our European deck oven is baking 7 days a week (and we take orders and deliver round the week too!), we guarantee fast turnaround times and quality products comparable to those of high-end retailers.
